Refund Policy

Last updated 21 September 2026

Where things stand

clipworker does not take card payments, and there is no subscription to cancel. Accounts are set up by us, and any commercial arrangement is agreed with you directly and invoiced. This page covers those arrangements, and the paid plans we expect to add later.

Try it on your own footage first

Every workspace gets an allowance to use before anything is invoiced. That is deliberate: whether a clip lands is a matter of taste and of your material, so you should see clipworker run on your own recordings before you commit to it.

If you have paid us

Email us within 14 days of an invoice being paid and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why.

If something went wrong on our side — clips failing, the service being down, being billed for a period you had already ended — tell us and we will put it right, including refunding the affected period. That is not limited to 14 days.

What is not refundable

How to ask

Email support@ablyst.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back the way the payment came in, and typically take 5–10 days to appear depending on your bank.

When paid plans arrive

If we introduce self-serve subscriptions we will update this page before taking the first payment, and we will say plainly who processes it, how renewals work and how to cancel.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under consumer law in your country, including any statutory cooling-off period.
